• ASUS Webstorage is AWFUL

  Doesn't work well, and the desktop application is terrible. The customer support is even worse. I wouldn't wish these people on my worst enemy.

• Horrible software

  I didn't know they still made software as bad as this. And at the rate the backup is moving I estimate about three years to finish!! And what drives me most nuts: I spent $ 59 to upgrade to unlimited storage before really trying it out. I wanted to get a refund but good luck in finding a contact address, let alone get a reply. Asus hardware gooood, Asus software baaaaad!!!!

• Closed for 10 days for the Chinese New Year!

  I discovered today that my files haven't been backed up since 12/14/11, and this is unacceptable. I submitted an email about it and received this response: "We have received the issue you have sent, but due to the Chinese New Year holidays, we will only be able to respond to your queries on the first work day after the holidays (approximately ten days from now on Jan 30)." Unbelievable!
