Good luck getting paid

NameMedia contacted me 2 weeks ago as they were interested in buying 2 domains from my portfolio. A price was agreed upon and I transferred the domains. Payment was supposed to hit my PayPal account by the following day. It's now 9 days later and I still haven't been paid. My sales rep has disappeared and NO ONE EVER answers the phone at the office.
