  I subscribed to Intelafone service and my monthly bill was $8.25 but few months later it jumped to $13.25 + tax. I called them and they said that I used over 2000 mins which is above average. Next month they charged me $13.25 + tax + $9.20 and I asked them why are they charging $9.20 they told me that it was beacuse I used over 5000 mins and anything above will be 1.9 cent/min. They charge for incoming, outgoing, busy signal, not connected call. Every time you pick and dial or receive call you are charged. I calculted mins for the month and they charged me 300 mins extra mins and I have not heard from them. Your calls are sometimes displayed as private number or some funny numebre to receing party and they never fixed my problem.
