Network and Server Reliability
Our servers are located in Germany's most reliable and secure data centers: Hetzner Data Center Park in Falkenstein and Global Crossing in the inner-city of Munich. The entire network is monitored 24x7 by custom designed internal monitoring systems, 3rd-party monitoring services at 1-minute intervals and by our system administrators who frequently check the health and efficiency of each server. When a service or the entire server becomes unavailable we are instantly notified and start restoring the service/server immediately. Thanks to KVM switches and on-site technicians, we're properly prepared for critical issues
