  • Trumpia misrepresentation fraud scam!!!!

Called and spoke to a rep about they're service and the 15 day trial. Was told if I signed up I would get a bonus by signing up on the phone with the rep instead of just doing online. He would put in a special promo code. I specifically asked about the service I was requesting and was told on 3 separate occasions it would do what I needed. I reinquired about the trial period and made sure I could cancel if it didn't do what I needed and receive a refund and was told that I could.

  • Trumpia Lies and Missrepresents themselves!!!

    Trumpia Lies and Misrepresents themselves!!!
My main issues are an error message through our Whitelabel system had Trumpia's name in it which may lose us a customer we worked hard to earn. We offer more services but still.. there's a few other things regarding hidden costs I am not happy about as well. Some things were not mentioned up-front.. like the extra cost of using their email servers after they sell the white label as "all inclusive".
** I was looking into Trumpia today. I was avoiding it because of what I heard were the high costs.

But, I saw this "www.trumpia.com No Setup & Monthly Fee, No Contract" in their adwords ad so I was looking closer.
Now, I don't believe I will do business with a company that misrepresents themselves like this.

** My Company has found that Trumpia is not as honest as I originally thought by talking to them...
I have bought into the TRUMPIA white label... $2,700.00.
After talking with Tim, I agreed to spend my money up front, also told me that I did NOT need to buy into their
email program, witch would have cost me quite a bit extra, on a monthly bases...
I soon found out that they lied!
After using and sending several text messages, I have often found my account to be closed (Locked Out!)...
They like to lock me out of my admin account, With Big Red Letters,
"YOU HAVE BEEN LOCKED OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT"!
when this happens, I call and they reset my account again, so it can be used but they always tell me that I need to buy into the monthly emails package.
(Only to have both me and all any of my offline business LOCKED OUT once again, after sending a few more text messages again...)

(Even though I don't send out any email messages, as a part of my business model)...
They refuse to refund... So, I have considered taking it to the next level, witch is a process that I can not reverse, once I have notified each and every Government agency...

We are not considering "single action Law Suit" at the moment, That is for rookies,,,
A class action may be in the future, witch will held in Federal Court, But not today...
Our strategies for the immediate future will be far more damaging and far reaching, into the very inner workings of their company... Unless we are awarded an appropriate refund for the text credits that have not yet been used...
A non response will only strengthen our resolve, due to their arrogance and unwillingness to
correct the wrongs that they have inflicted by their dishonest business dealings...

My attorneys are preparing all of the mailings to go out at one time, and will continue every 15 days, as new agency's are added to the list)... Each and every 15 days, to all of the agency's, over and over again...
Fairly inexpensive, when paying as bulk mailings... Although, I have the money to spend and am able to launch such a campaign.
But, it is not out of reach for other to do the same thing, on a continual and scheduled bases...
(My envelopes have already been packaged and addressed my my attorneys, and are just waiting for my word, to be sent off... They have a great envelope labeling software and are able to weight and stamp each one, at their offices.)

Make each and every one of these government agency's , so tired of hearing from you, that they will have to do a through internal investigation, just to get you off of their backs!!!

I HAVE LOST ALL OF MY BUSINESS CLIENTS BECAUSE THE SAME THING Happens TO THEM, CLEAR OUT OF THE BLUE, when they attempted to send out text messages, after a few good runs, Trumpia will close the account, all of a sudden.
I can do no more off line business and now everything just sits idle...

I have called them on several different occasions concerning this issue and they tell me that I use up my allotted email credits very quickly and that is why they lock me out of my account...
They say that the only way to keep this from happening is to buy into their monthly email
    message credits program.

I have definitely been screwed and threw away $2,700.00 to find out that they seem to have pulled the all to familiar "Bait and Switch"...

I can not use Trumpia for any offline business clients because I won't buy into their extra monthly email credits subscription...

By the way, I have contacted them several different times on this matter of always being locked out of my admin and my account suspended because I am not a monthly subscriber of their extra email credits.
I am very polite when I talk to them, but every time, they tell me that they will have someone from higher up contact me but over the past couple months, I have never received one follow up phone call...

I have since stopped paying monthly for my keywords and am basically calling this a big loss, on my part, as I can not use their program for gaining offline clients...

You just never know who you are dealing with, when it comes to dealing with people on the internet...

I, myself will stay as far away from Trumpia as I can get...
They are very good at talking you into a sale, but after you have bought in, their true colors will soon emerge...

I am sending a 12 page PDF report to the following government agency's and there are many more Government branches that will follow, Just way to many to list here:
This is a good thing to copy and paste, for future reference, with any white label provider.

*** If they want to finally contact me and offer a refund of the text credits that have not been used, I may consider NOT having my attorneys begin this massive national campaign, that will surely put such offenders on a black list , with the government agency's, cause massive internal investigations, (Ethical procedures and book keeping), that can not be reversed, once the day of the mass bulk mailings goes out to all of these agency's and many many more,
witch are not contained here, by my attorneys.
** Otherwise, I will be forced to commence the action, in order to prevent this from happening to many more unsuspecting victims.
This action should shut down their operations, as there will way too many government agency's that have their eyes on them, and internal investigations for the remainder of any of their future business operations...

In the continuing pages, we have provided you a complete list of every other government agency and their contact information. (This list will be constant and ever-growing).
You can now contact and discus with these agency heads, this awful problem and storm that is about to sweep our Nation.

Be advised: Each of these other agencies (In Every State Of Our Nation) will be aware of every other agency and dignitary that has also received this notice. (Each agency will either be known, by all of the other government agency's, as One who has turned a blind eye to this current “wrong doing” problem that is sweeping our nation and our corporate entities, that are held within, or you will be known as a part of the massive movement in our nation, that will enforce strict regulation and punishment for such offenders, along with the white-label platform providers themselves, who hold these platforms on their servers).

This list of agencies and contacts include (According To Each And Every State In Our Nation):
