Vcommerce is a scam

I bought some Ralph lauren shirts from website and it turned out it was coming from China. Foolishly I went ahead with the sale. Shirts finally arrived and way, way too small. Asked for information on how to eschange them and was told they do no do exchanges and if i insisted it would basically cost me more than the shirts and to try and sell them myself. So I am out $200.00.
